Oxford, Mississippi – March 2025 | The Junior Auxiliary of Oxford is thrilled to announce its 3rd Annual Spring Fling, scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Powerhouse (413 S 14th Street, Oxford, MS). This year’s event will feature a Masters-themed celebration, bringing golf-inspired fun to the local community.

Guests will enjoy live music, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and cocktails, while also having the opportunity to participate in a silent auction with incredible prizes. The relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect way to spend a spring afternoon while supporting a meaningful cause.

“This is an exciting event for us, as it gives our JA chapter the opportunity to thank all of the businesses, organizations, and individuals in Oxford, Lafayette County, and beyond that continue to support our projects and our mission,” said Bess Fisher, Chapter President of Junior Auxiliary of Oxford. “There is so much need in our community and JA strives to dedicate funds to the social and emotional wellness of our children and families, as well as provide basic needs. All funds raised through Spring Fling help us do just that!”

Olivia Maxwell and Coco McDonnell, co-chairs of the event, added, “We are thrilled to see the continued support from Oxford and Lafayette County. Spring Fling is our chapter’s main annual fundraiser, and all money raised goes into JA Oxford’s service projects that help so many members of the LOU community.”

Tickets are available for purchase online at https://bit.ly/JASpringFling25. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door, so early purchase is encouraged. Sponsorships and auction item donations are welcomed through March 31, 2025, offering businesses and individuals a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while gaining recognition at the event.

As Junior Auxiliary of Oxford’s largest annual fundraiser, all proceeds from the Spring Fling will benefit the local community through the organization’s ongoing service projects, including Camp Sunshine, CASA Cares, Crown Club, and other initiatives designed to support children and families in need.
